Benjamin is my oldest brother.  He had cerebral palsy. He died on May 13th, 2020.  He was 15 years old.  I miss him very much but I know he is still with me.

Benjamin was a superhero!  A superhero has special powers.  Making people happy was Benjamin's superpower.  He was super kind.  He was super awesome.  He was super nice.  He had a super smile.  He had a super heart.

Benjamin was very small when he was born.  He only weighed 1 lb 12.5 oz.  He had special superpowers then too because he was able to grow so big and strong.  He is the strongest person I know!

Benjamin went to St. Matthew's School. That's where me and my other brother, Connor, go to school too.

Benjamin loved school.  He had lots of fun.  He made crafts.  He baked on Fridays.  He helped water the school garden during summer.  He loved his friends from Friendship Club, especially our brother, Connor.  Benjamin loved his classroom!  He used his superpowers to make anyone who came to his classroom feel happy.

Benjamin had lots of fun in gym class.  He would laugh going under the big rainbow parachute.  He had fun throwing a ball and playing bowling.

He liked music class too.  He really loved listening to music and dancing.  He even used a computer to make a song.

He used his superpowers at school to bring happiness to everyone.

Benjamin loved dance parties!  We had cool lights and danced to lots of songs.  His favourite song was "Heave Away".  I could feel his superpowers every time we danced.
