The cheetah is fast, but its no match for this big mammal. The hippo shows its scary jaw and frightens the cheetah. The cheetah runs out of the competition. Scaredy-cat!

Crocodile vs. Wildebeest

Crocodiles have 80 teeth. When they close their mouth, you can see a long bottom tooth. Lots of teeth is a great weapon.

Wildebeest horns are made of keratin, a protein that is important part of hair and fingernails.

At full speed, the crocodile ambushes the wildebeest. The wildebeest can't run because of the fatal bite. The croc eats his dinner.
Crocodile wins!

Rhino vs. Hyena
Rhinos horns are made of keratin, like the wildebeest. Some rhinos only have one horn

Hyenas jaws could break bones. They have a good hunting skill, but other animals have better strategies to hunt.

White rhinos are extinct, people kill them.

Eventually, the rhino gets tired and falls. The hyena bites him. The rhino is loosing too much blood. The rhino will be a meal soon.

The hyena runs after the rhino and bites it. The rhino keeps on dodging the attacks, but he is getting tired.
Honey badger vs. Burmese Python


The python can't wait to wrap itself around it. But honey badger can handle snakes, watch out, Burmese python!
The honey badger has a tough skin. It is sometimes tough enough to handle a lion bite.

King cobra vs. Mongoose
The king cobra is the longest venomous snake. It is also one of the most beautiful snakes.
The mongoose is looking for food and sees the cobra. It will be a big meal.

The fight starts. The mongoose hope it can bite the tail of the cobra and eats it. It chooses to bite the tail because the venom of a snake comes from its tail. But the snake is too tough.
The snake spits venom on the tip of the mongoose's tail. The venom spreads all over the mongoose's body. It will die soon.
King cobra wins!

Lions almost have an unforgettable face.

Giraffes are the longest animal.
One great kick of the giraffe will break the lion's jaw. A broken jaw will doom the lion.

Another lion joins the fight. The two lions bite the giraffe. The giraffe kicks the lion, but, not on the jaws, Phew! The giraffe is running and loosing blood, it falls down. The lions bite it one more time. The lions will share the meal to the lionesses and their cubs.

People call lions '' king of the jungle'' but they live in the safari.

Secretary bird is a weird name. It got its name by the quills pins on its head. They have long skinny legs. Their usual diet is- snakes and other animals.
The black mamba is a long, fast venomous snake. It can slither up to twelve mph.

The bird pecks the snake. Bop! The snake is wounded. The bird eats the snake. What would it like to eat a wounded venomous snake. Yuck!
Secretary bird wins!
The secretary bird has sharp claws and long legs that can kick a snake. Whap! Whap! Whap! The snake wants to bite the bird, but its legs are too skinny.
This is the last match of round one. The African rock python will fight the antelope. The rock python is one of the longest snakes. The antelope has horns made of keratin, like the rhino and the wildebeest

The rock python encircles and squeezes the antelope and starts to swallow it. It starts with the head, it is rugged and tough to eat the horns. It eats the body, the legs, and the tail. The rock python wins. Eight remaining contestants move on to the second round.

Hippos have 4 huge teeth and the rest are small that can beat the crocodile. The croc have small teeth, but a lot, so who do you think will win?

After the crocodile's big meal, it takes a rest. This is a fight, he is got to be active! At full speed, the hippo bites the crocodile in half, Yikes! The crocodile puts up a good fight, but eventually loses.

Hyena vs. Honey badger

The hyena can kill a honey badger, but the honey badger will go hard on the hyena, because this is a fight, not a flex battle or being a show-off!

The hyena bites the honey badger, but the honey badger's skin is too tough. So, the honey badger bites the hyena on the nose. The honey badger never backs down, It bites the hyena, then swipes at its eye. The honey badger is fearless and bites and breaks the hyena's leg. The hyena falls. The honey badger bites the hyena on the nose again. Scratched eye, broken legs, damaged face the hyena is defeated.
