Once upon a time,  there was a pretty girl named ' Kıvırcık Kız ' who loved nature and  forest.

One day ,Kıvırcık Kız went on a nature trip, while she was walking around the forest , she saw  a lot of animals ,colorful flowers and various trees.

Curly girl saw a sad tree with withered leaves between the blossoming trees and she went to the tree.

Kıvırcık Kız asked to the tree : 'My dear tree, beautiful tree  ı see you are sad, also your flowers have not blossomed. What happened to you ?

Tree said :' I am so hungry. Nobody feeds me. People who come here throw glass, paper, plastic bottles at my roots. These are not my food .'

Kıvırcık Kız felt very sad  and she said : 'I have to do something to make this beatiful tree happy.' However Kıvırcık Kız did not know how to feed this tree. Altough she thought alot, she could not  find how to feed this tree.

Kıvırcık Kız told this situation to her friends and asked them for help.

Her friends said that the peels of vegatables and fruits were not garbage and that they were natural fertilizer and this fertilizer was also called 'compost'.

Kıvırcık Kız was very happy. Kıvırcık Kız and her friends decided to collect  vegatable and fruits waste at home in order to make compost. They put the waste they collected in the box.

Kıvırcık Kız went to the forest with her friends. They found the sad and hungry tree in the forest. They told the tree that they wouldfeed  it with  the compost they prepared. The tree is very happy.
