About the Author

My name is Miguel Martinez. I am a senior at McCollum High School. I enjoy listening to music and spending time with my family. My favorite food is pizza. 

It was Easter and a family of dogs was celebrating. 

Everyone was done eating which meant it was time for the Easter egg hunt.

Everyone was lined up and ready to grab as many eggs as they could.

"Ready, Set, Go!" All of the dogs ran and started grabbing eggs, placing them in their baskets.

Within minutes, all of the eggs had been found.

Each dog had at least 10 eggs, except for Larry. He did not have any eggs.

Because he was smaller than all the other dogs, he could not out run them to grab the eggs. This made Larry sad.

Boohoo, I didn't get any eggs.

The other dogs started to notice that Larry was sad. To cheer him up, they each gave him one egg out of their own baskets.
