Steve was patrolling the city. He was looking for evil villains high and low using superspeed {that's why we see multiple Steve's}.

ha ha he cant find me, I am using my Cloak of Invisibility!

I have so many weapons and missions but even more villains and enemies!!! why!?!?

He was about to stop patrolling but, he got a message from his friends that Pillagain was harming humans so, Steve came over right away using his super speed.

Ha! ha! I can't wait to test my new toy.

Pillagain is using his ray gun to control everyone on the street.

ahhh!

oh no!!!!

Everyone attack Steve!!!

ssuuppeerr ssppeeeed, ray gun set to reverse mode and self destruct in 3... 2...1 kaboom!!!

Pillagain transformed into another ordinary person and ran away because he lost control over the other people.
