Riding a horse isn't just riding, it's so much more. It's about learning horsemanship, it's about the therapeutic benefits by simply brushing your horse.

It's about learning a new way to communicate and finding compassion as you form meaningful bonds, not only with the horse but the people you are riding and learning from. 

Riding a horse is about having self confidence. Chelsea learned that fast! She learned I couldn't hold her hand down the trail! She literally has to take the reins. 

With each ride, she understood the meaning of trust. Trust that the horse will take care of her, watch every step he took to keep her safe. It's an unspoken language.
