After numerous injuries and days spent in a coma, a 25-year-old footballer Rory Curtis has started to speak Fluent French and perceived himself as the actor Matthew McConaughey.

4 years ago, a professional footballer Rory Curtis, had got in a car accident on a motorway. He had got injured and his life had been at risk, had undergone many surgeries, and had fallen into a coma to wake up 6 days later a completely new person.

Rory Curtis had had some knowledge of French before the accident but had not used it for 12 years. When he came to life, not only did he spoke perfect French but did not recognise himself in the mirror. Rory was convinced he was McConaughey.

His mother expressed her relief and surprise caused by this story. 'He is so lucky to be alive. We thought we lost him. And then he wakes up speaking French'.

Curtis had to take a risk and to be treated with a new experimental drug. It was necessary for him to learn how to walk again. Only two months had passes when the recovery had already born fruit such as visible results.
