I have the right to be loved.

I have the right to be cared for.

I have the right to be treated right.

I have the right to be protected.

A message from the author.

While I am growing up I should be cared for. My mommy and daddy should always make sure I am cared for. When no one takes care of me , I am neglected. Being neglected makes me feel sad and helpless. When I feel neglected I should always tell an adult. Let us figure out the right way to be treated.

Should I be left at home all alone? No!

Treat me right! I should always be in someone's care.

Should my clothes be dirty at all times? No!

Treat me right! I should always wear clean clothes.

I am hungry but there is no food at home? Should I drink soda all day? No!

Treat me right!  I have the right to eat healthy foods. Unhealthy foods make you sick.

Should I be sick and lonely? No!

Treat me right! Mommy is always at my side.
