Give your hands a good little scrub before sitting down to eat some grub.

Just pull out your chair and sit right down.

While at the table don't act like a clown.

Sit on your bottom, 

no knees in the chair...

or Mommy might give you an unhappy glare.

Put your napkin in your lap, it's the right place.

Use the napkin, not your sleeve, to wipe your cute face.

Should you keep a baseball cap on your head?

No! It belongs on a hook, on your chair or bed.

Tech shouldn’t be brought to the table so put it away.

It’s a time for conversation and discussing your day!

The table is no place for elbows to be.

No slouching, no slumping, sit up tall as can be.

Make sure you don’t slurp when eating something runny. 

It might sound silly but it isn’t very funny.

Burping at the table is very gross

especially because everyone is sitting so close.
