The person responsible for climate change is man and his greenhouse gas emissions that warm the planet. The best known gas is CO2, which causes 63% of global warming, but there are others such as methane or nitrous oxide.
Gases accumulate in the atmosphere (today there is more than 40% accumulated gas) and here they heat the Earth excessively, causing serious consequences.
The main causes of climate change are the following: Pollutant transport, Buildings that need energy rehabilitation, Industry as a cause of climate change, Excessive generation of waste, Agriculture and livestock: unsustainable food system, Waste of energy, and Deforestation.
Global climate change already has observable effects on the environment. Glaciers have shrunk, ice on rivers and lakes is melting prematurely, habitats of plants and animals have changed, and trees bloom earlier. Global climate change is happening now: loss of sea ice, accelerating sea level rise, and more intense heat waves.
