This book is dedicated to those who always hope for better days and always struggle to pursue happiness.

Once upon a time, there were two brothers named James and Jack, who lived in a cottage by the woods. Every day, they would go into the woods to cut trees. Later, they would sell them in the market where it would fetch a decent price. Thus, they live a good life and went on this manner.

However, the two brothers were always sad and unhappy. Even though they lived a good life, they were still unsatisfied. Both of them longed for something and yearned for it.

One day, while they were returning home from the woods, they came across an old woman bent low with a sack on her back.
The brothers immediately approached the poor woman and offered to carry the sack all the way to her home. The old woman smiled and expressed her gratitude.

Little did they knew, the old woman had magical powers.
Pleased with the brothers’ kindness, she asked them if there was anything she could do to repay them.

“We are unhappy, and that has become our greatest concern,” replied James.
The old woman then asked what would make them happy.
“I would be happy in a magnificent mansion with plenty of servants,” said James.
“I would be happy if I had a lovely wife. Every day, when I got home, her sweet little face would surely light me up,” said Jack.
“That is wonderful,” said the old woman, "Go home, and each of you shall find exactly what you have wished for.”
