Once upon a time, there was a small village and a small family. This family was well known for their pastries since nobody was able to recreate the cupcake recipe of their great-grandmother Carmela.

One day, as Abby returned home, she remembered the delicious lemon berry cupcake that her great-grandmother baked every year to celebrate her birthday.  Abby's family would always look forward to eating the cupcakes. 

Abby quickly made her way home and approached her mother.

"My birthday is just around the corner and I would love to have lemon berry cupcakes."

Abby's mother explained to her how complex the lemon berry cupcake recipe was. She encouraged Abby to recreate her great-grandmother's recipe for her eighteenth birthday. 

Abby would turn eighteen soon.  She decided to look over the recipe book. She found the lemon berry cupcake recipe and was surprised at how many ingredients were needed! Although there were many steps to follow, she was not discouraged. 

The next day, she immediately visited the nearest store in search of all the ingredients she needed. The nearest store was ten minutes away from her home. She hoped to find all the ingredients needed there.

She was happy to have found all the ingredients. Abby made sure she bought plenty of ingredients just in case she had to re-do the recipe.

On her way back home she decided to read over the recipe again. She read over the ingredients and made sure she had all she needed. Abby knew this recipe would be a challenge.
