Content Integration
The level in which an educator makes use of examples and content that capture various cultures and communities.
Diversity can be incorporated through illustrating key concepts, points, or theories in light of different backgrounds, traditions, and customs.




In my own practice, I will strive to offer literary content that communicates with each of my students cultural backgrounds and allows them to connect with communities that differ from their own.
The Knowledge Construction Process
This deals with the level in which an educator provides the necessary tools and guidance to help students explore and understand implicit or explicit cultural differences, assumptions, constructs, and biases.
In my own practice, I will strive to offer literary works, digital resources, and access to diverse
perspectives to my students to help
them explore these differences.



Prejudice Reduction
The use of teaching tools and methods for reducing negative racial biases and overall prejudices.




In my own practice, I will teach my students the dangers of prejudice and share diverse content and perspectives with them for the purpose of exposing them to many views that differ from their own, encouraging empathy and connection with others.
