Chapter one 

Drip drop drip drop i feel cold drips of rain splash onto my four head another rainy day hope thought to herself. hope felt tired and sore she had slept on the hard pavement while her sister who was still sick with the flu was asleep on the bench. hope had not slept well she was up for a long time. she didn't know how long she just remember before she fell asleep it was very very dark. her mom had got up early to go and get bread for them. her mom said they almost had enough for a house car .the other day someone gave us a lot of money because he felt bad for us. now we only needed a few more coins before we lived in the car. well hope thought i better get to work hope zipped up her only jacket and went to her neighbors doorstep.

ding dong why hello dear her neighbors said what do you need. um well could i help you with anything in exchange for a few coins said hope. oh sure deary could you help us with the fence we still need to paint it! 

Hope took out the white paint and started to paint up and down finally it was done. um how does this look hope said with a smile. why it looks lovely said her neighbors. here take them you earned the coins.
