John Locke was someone that felt like you and your family, and other families should all have the same amount of freedom. He felt that everyone should be able to do the same things and have the same rights, and the government (people in charge) should have weaker power.

Thomas Jefferson

Thomas Jefferson was like John Locke he felt that everyone should have their own rights and everyone should have their own individual freedom. When Thomas Jefferson was in charge he never freed certain people to have freedom, which was a big thing in his time.
