Once upon a time in the jungle of Junglia, 

there lived a little green lizard named Lily.   Lily 

had friends in Junglia, like Herold, who was a 

parrot, Julia, who was a frog, and Brett, who 

was a beetle.   They all lived among the tall 

plants and trees of Junglia, playing games, and 

talking to the other animals that lived in the 

jungle.

  One day, Lily was feeling bored.   She 

felt like she did the same thing 

everyday: Get up, eat breakfast, find 

Herold, Julia, and Brett, play in the 

jungle all day long, and go to bed.   She 

wanted to be different.   She wanted to 

go other places.   Be someone else.   

  Lily found her friends right away to tell 

them of her plan.   She wanted to take a 

trip around the world.   Besides you only 

lived once.   "So how about it?" she asked.

  They all looked at her in wonder, and 

then all shouted at the same time, "Yes!  

That is a perfect idea.   We should leave 

tomorrow."

  First, the group traveled to the highest, 

snowiest mountain in the world.   It was 

extremely cold, but the view was fantastic.  

All four of them had a great time.   Next, off 

to the ocean!

     At the beach, they swam in the salty 

waves, tanned on the golden sand, and 

walked along the endless shore.   "This is so 

great!   I'm having so much fun!" said Julia. 

They all agreed.   They were having the 

times of their lives.
