I've watched a video about Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, it was interesting to know about the several needs we humans wanted to have in life. There are both positive and negative effects it can give us depending on our experiences. When it comes to my Physiology Needs I have no doubt that all of my needs are provided that's why I am healthily living my life. Health is wealth, indeed.

However, when it comes to my Safety Needs, I seem to have issues with it. I was traumatized when I was still young and I can say that I grew up being defensive to people. I know that I have experienced a lot of traumas back then. However, the effects of my bad childhood did not last long as now that I feel secure and safe. Maybe I have moved on from the past with God's help. I went through the opposite spectrum that's why I now feel great and even becoming a teacher.
