N. Gin | N. Cortex | N. Brio

At San Francisco Middle School, three friends, Chris, Newt, and Nathan are walking down the hall when they noticed a door in the middle of the hall that wasn't there before. It seemed to be locked. 

"I wonder what's in it," Newt said.

"Maybe we should open it after school," Chris said.

They all agreed to do JUST that.

After school, They stayed behind all the teachers and kids. Chris took out a lockpick he secretly made in class and unlocked the door. the cracks in it started glowing. then the door burst open.

"What the heck is that?!" yelled Nathan (Nathan isn't that into fantasy-type stuff).

"a portal door," said Chris. "I saw it in a show once." they headed through the door.

"What now?" Nathan asked. They were on some type of island. 

"Where are we???" asked Newt. 

"I know EXACTLY where we are." Chris replied. "The Wumpa Islands."

"What is that?" responded Newt, looking at the strange orange creature looking at them questionably. it looked like a fox with pants and no tail.

"That's Crash. Crash Bandicoot. He's an enhanced type of bandicoot that can stand, spin, and even break wooden crates."

"So you're saying that this is the iconic game, Crash Bandicoot in real life?" asked Newt.

"Exactly," Chris replied as he took his hoodie off because it was hot on the island.

"And this is Crash?"

"Yes."

"So you're Newt and you're Chris?" a high-pitched voice said.

They all realized it was Crash talking to them.

"Uh, yes?" replied Nathan. "And I'm Nathan."

Suddenly, the door snapped shut and almost hit Nathan. he couldn't open it.

"Now how are we going to get home!?" yelled Newt.

"Someone is causing all of this, and I think I know who," added Crash.

"Who?" asked Nathan.

"Dr. Neo Cortex is behind this."

And while all this was happening, someone was stalking them the whole time.

Before all this, two islands away,  Cortex was in his castle, just minding his own business, then suddenly, Dr. N. Gin burst in with interesting news.

"We have some interesting visitors on the Wumpa Islands, sir," stated N. Gin.

"What kind of visitors?" asked Cortex.

"Some sort of creatures like us and our workers. They have acquainted themselves with our experiment, sir."

"Cast them down. Including that bandicoot."

"Very well, sir. I will not let you down."

-1 life.

"This way!" Crash yelled with a smile. The boys followed. After that, Nathan didn't see a hole and fell right in.

"NOOOOO!!!!!" the other two yelled.

"I'm fine," Nathan called, "There aren't any spikes in here or anything."

"Okay, do you want us to fish you out?" asked Chris.

"Ya think?" replied Nathan. They fished him out, and Newt found a sword, while one of N. Gin's security cameras watched them.

Later, they came up on a stream. 

"Why did it have to be a river?" Chris whined.

"Quit complaining!" Crash replied. "Do you wanna go home or what?"

"Yeeeah..."

"Okay then. Let's GO."

They then parkoured upstream.

In the next hour, they had made it to the other side of N. Sanity Island where a surprise awaits.

It was Dr. N. Gin! He was flying around in his robot-type thing (I'm not sure what it is).

"Dr. Cortex sent me to DESTROY you!!!" N. Gin cried notoriously.

"What is happening!?" Nathan screamed.

"It's Dr. N. Gin! Cool!" exclaimed Chris. "I know exactly what to do. Throw wumpa fruit at the glowing orange spots when he exposes them. I'll explain the final part when it comes."

"Okay," the other two said. The final part came In about 2 minutes. It was that easy.

"Okay! Right before he fires his disintegrating laser, whale him with fruit!" Chris called.

They did that and the mech exploded.

"This place is cool!" Newt exclaimed.

"Yeah, I know!" Chris responded.

"Yeah, but also hard to navigate," Crash muttered. 

"We KNOW!" they all yelled.

"Okay, okay, OKAY!" Crash said.

"What IS this place anyway?" Nathan asked.

"The Lost City," Chris replied.

"Cool." They then progressed through, until they saw a long and run-down bridge.
