You have greatness inside you.
Never stop believing in yourself.
Love, Mommy & Daddy

Itsy-Bitsy was too small to climb high and spin fancy webs.
The other spiders teased Itsy-Bitsy.
“Don’t cry,” Itsy-Bitsy’s father said. “Your body is small, but you have greatness inside you.”
One morning, Itsy-Bitsy and her brothers and sisters were climbing a wall.
Their parents waited for them on the roof.
One of the bricks fell, knocking them off.
“We’re trapped!” cried Itsy-Bitsy’s brothers and sisters.

Their parents looked down from atop the waterspout. Her father shouted, “Tie a web to the brick and climb up the waterspout! We can help you pull it off.”
“But we’re stuck!” shouted Itsy-Bitsy’s brothers and sisters.
Itsy-Bitsy was small enough to squeeze out from under the brick.
“I can climb up the waterspout,” she said.
“You’re too small,” her brothers and sisters said.
Remembering her father’s words, Itsy-Bitsy tied a web to the brick and to herself and started to climb up the waterspout.
When she reached a third of the way, the wind started to blow. The waterspout shook.
Itsy-Bitsy fell.
Quickly, she spun a web. Zip! It stuck to the waterspout and broke her fall.
The shaking stopped, and she climbed again.

When she got halfway, dirt blew off the roof and fell down the waterspout. Bump! Bump!
She clung to the waterspout. Grains of dirt bounced off Itsy-Bitsy’s back.
The landslide stopped, and she climbed again.
When she was almost at the top, it started to rain.
Drip! Drip! Drops of water dribbled into the water spout.
Itsy-Bitsy spun another web.
The rain grew heavy. Sploosh!
Water flooded the spout, destroying the web and washing Itsy-Bitsy down, down, down, and out.
