One Christmas Eve, the Grinch was down in his cave on Mount Crumpit after a long couple hours of being out stealing gifts.

It was just a couple hours before that he had set out to steal the gifts on his bike, and he successfully did that. He was as quick getting in each house and out as a thief in the night, he took every single present from the kid's stockings that they had.

But as the Grinch was on top of Mount Crumpit, he thought to himself, "Why does he steal gifts?" What is the reason for what he does?

Steal Gifts why???

He was on the mountain thinking for about an hour about why he did this, and the only thing that the Grinch could come up with was that it made him feel good to steal the presents.

Makes me feel good??

So, the Grinch decided since he didn't have a reason to steal the gifts he would go back before sunrise and return all the gifts.

He then quietly gets to his first house and gets on top of the chimney and as he is going down all the sudden boom he slips down and falls.

Ouch!!

As he gets up, he realizes that he had hurt his back, really, really bad from the fall, and he doesn't think he can finish delivering the gifts back to the kids. Christmas is going to be ruined for the kids and the Grinch is crushed that he actually ruined Christmas.

But, then all of a sudden, he hears a barking sound coming from his bag with the presents; he crawls over to the bag to see what it is.

Ruff Ruff!!

And as he gets to the bag, finally his dog Duke jumps out of it, he realizes that Duke must've snuck into the bag when he was putting the presents in there.

So Duke his dog starts barking a lot he is concerned about his owner because he realizes that he is hurt.

RUFF RUFF!!!
