1 year is 7 dog years so people live longer.

When a male and a female mate, the mother gives birth to puppies.  Puppies can be playful and chew on things so you should get them lots of toys.  When the puppies are born their eyes are closed.  Puppies are born in liters 

Golden retrievers and yellow labs are not the same Golden retrievers have longer fur then  yellow labs and darker fur.

Dogs can not drink cow milk or eat chocolate, if they eat it then they will get sick.

When your dog hurts its paw then you should bring your dog to the vet.

Puppies wrestle but they are not trying to hurt the other dog. When a dog bow that means the dog is telling the other dog to play with him or her.

There are different breeds of dogs, like Saint Bernard, and Golden Retrievers.

There are small and big dogs.  You should get a small dog if you have a small house or want to carry your dog, but if you have a big house then you can get a big dog.

Dogs used to be wolves. Wolves turned into dogs by mating with the kindest baby.  It will take more than a year.

Dogs can eat dog food, dog treats, bones and meat with no small bones.

Toys that you should get for your dog are balls, frisbees, squeaky toys, and soft dog toys. Usually puppies like dog toys but some dogs are calm.

Some dogs are rare like this King Charles that has white paws.
