On a cool day in the forest, all the animals were waking up to catch the bus to their nearby school. They would play tag, eat breakfast, or do both!

While some classmates were around the bus stop, Jacob stayed in his bamboo home sleeping.  He is known for not being a morning person. 

Jacob's mom says, "When are you going to get up? Your education doesn't wait for you." Jacob replies, "Don't worry Ma, I'll catch the bus as soon as I hear it."

Jacob's mom and his little brother of age 2 were taking a quick stroll around the bus stop, wondering if Jacob will get up on time. Jacob's mom says, "I hope he makes it, he loves school!"

The bus came by, and all the animal students were lining up to get in. All of them were asking Jacob's mom, "Where's Jacob?" Even Jacob's mom asked the bus driver to wait. But, the bus driver says, "Sorry, I'm on a strict schedule by the school."

When Jacob heard the bus, he finally got out of his bed. He was between playing with his toys and finding his hat. Afterward, he went to the bathroom and kitchen to get ready. 

 Jacob thought he had a lot of time to get ready. So, he prepped himself and prepared his breakfast and lunch. He said to himself, "I'm so thankful for going on a bus that waits for me."

Jacob left his home with his backpack and lunch. He was ready to go to school. He even remembers that it's show-and-tell day! He saw his mom and said, "I can't wait to go to school!" But, Jacob's mom had to show him something that'll say otherwise.
