Erno Rubik made this cube. He sat in his room for 3-4 months at a time thinking how to make this. once he got it, he saw wood as a 3x3 cube.

He jumbled it and what felt like years, solved it in 1 month. His mom was glad after he came out and showed a solved cube. He then sold it all over and later was called Rubik's cube.

This, was a big breakthrough.
