Maria and her cat Begula are going on holidays in Cyprus.

-Hurry up, the taxi is waiting - said Maria rushing to the car.

When they arrived at the Louis Imperial Beach hotel in Paphos, they were really tired and wanted to rest a bit so the first thing they did was going to bed.

Maria was woken up by the loud noise. After opening her eyes, the first thing she saw was broken TV set on the floor and proud Begula on the bed.

What did you do??!! - Maria screamed.

-I’m bored. Give me some fish - said Begula.

-After what you did you can only get some dry food.

-Eff – he gave her a disgusted look
 – I’ll show you how independent I can be! – said the cat.

Begula put on his beloved beret and left Maria. 

After crossing the road, he saw colourful stalls. He also smelt delicious smells. In the crowd he was anxious. He was passing by different stands until he saw fish on one of them. He didn’t have any money so he decided to steal some fish. Begula sneaked there and he was about to jump to grab delicious snack but then the seller saw him.

-HEY! Get out of here! – the man yelled.

He ran away and went at the seaside. He was walking along beautiful Lara Beach and then he saw a few turtles there.

-Hey you! – he said

-Hello. What brings here the cat like you? – asked one of the turtles.

-I think I’m lost. I’m looking for fresh fish.

-Ohh fish. Not far away from here is the place where fishermen catch fish. We can walk you there.

-I would really appreciate it - Begula replied.

They were walking for a few minutes.

When Begula saw the fishing net, he got really excited and hungry. The fish looked really tasty so without thinking he jumped into the sea and swam to the colourful, tasty-looking fish that was swimming near the fishing net.
