I go to the school at 8:55.  My classes  ower at 20:00. Later, I have dinner at 21:05.I drink a glass of milk at 22:45. I always brush my teeth at 22:55. And finally, I sleep at 23:00.

 I always wake up at eight o'clock. Firstly, I get dressed, later I have breakfast at half past eight and I brush my teeth.About ten to nine I go to school.

At two o'clock I come back at home, trhen I wash my hand and I help to lay the table while my parents prepare the e brush our teeth and inmediately do my homework or study. Next, I go to particular class at five o'clock . When I finish my lesson I come back at home and I have a snack at six o'clock. In the afternoon, I usually watch TV or my phone.

Finally, I take a shower and I have dinner with my family, later I brush my teeth again and I often go to bed at ten o'clock.

Julia( Primary School in Dabrowa/Poland)

I get up at 6:45 and have a shower. I always eat breakfast with my sister Virginia at 7:30. Next, I leave the house at 7:45. Virginia doesn't attend the same school as I do, so she leaves the house at 8 o'clock.

I usually walk to school, but sometimes I go there by bus. I arrive at school at 8:15. I am never late. Our first lesson starts at 8:40. During the long break I eat lunch with my friends.

After lessons I go home at about 14 o'clock. At first, I play the guitare and check my facebook. Then, I do my homework and help my mum making a dinner.

After that, I eat dinner with my family. Next I go for a walk with my dog.

In the evening I read books and listen to the music. At 9 o'clock I go to bed.

I come back home at 1.50 p.m. After changing my clothes I go to the kitchen to have lunch. I do my homework. I sometimes go upstairs to my room. I have free time from 2 p.m to 4 p.m.

It takes about 20 minutes to reach the school by bus. I start my lessons at 7:30. I usually spend seven hours at school and come back home also by bus. I have dinner at 3:15 pm. After dinner I have my free time. I read books, watch TV, play computer or go for a long walk. After that I do my homework and help my parents. At 8 pm I have a supper and I go for a walk with my dog. About 9 pm I take a shower, put on my pajamas and go to sleep.

IN THE AFTERNOON:  I study and go to athletics training only on Tuesdays and Fridays.

This is my routine from Mondays to Fridays: I get up at 7.00 am, then at 7.10 am I have breakfast and from 7.20 am to 7.35 am I get ready to go to school. At 7.40 am I leave the house and then arrive at school at 7.55 am and at 8.00 am we enter the classroom. At 2.00pm we leave school, I have a chat with my classmates and I usually arrive home at 2.35pm and at 2.40pm I have lunch.

Until 3.00 pm I rest and then I start doing my homework with some breaks and if I can finish it soon I start with other tasks.

At 7.30pm I have dinner and afterwards I either watch TV or play board games and at 10.00pm I go to bed.

On Tuesdays from 3.30 pm to 5.00 pm I go to English classes and on Fridays from 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm I go horse riding.

On Saturdays I wake up at 10.00am and have breakfast immediately, until lunchtime I go to the park with my friends and after lunch I start doing my written homework. As soon as I finish with it, I play a little bit with my cats or use social networks. At 7.30pm I have dinner and go to bed at midnight.

On Sundays I usually wake up at 9.00 and have breakfast. Then I study and if I finish early I take advantage of my homework. I have lunch at 1.00pm and do some more homework. At 7.00 I have dinner and go to bed at 10.00pm

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays:

I wake up around 6:30 to make breakfast for myself and my parents, then around 7:20 I brush my teeth and at 7:40 I leave the house. At about 7:55 I arrive at school and stay there until 2:00 p.m. At about 2:50 p.m. I arrive home and have lunch at 3:15 p.m. I do my homework, then at  4:45 p.m. I get ready to go to water polo which I finish at 7:20 p.m. I eat at about 8:30 p.m. and I go to sleep.

Wednesdays:

I always wake up at 6:30 a.m. to prepare breakfast, at 7:20 a.m. I brush my teeth at 7:40 a.m. and I leave for school at about 7:55 a.m. I finish school at 2 p.m. and I go to my grandparents’ where I stay from 2 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.. At about 8 p.m. I have dinner with my sisters, my mother and my father, then around 11:30 p.m. I go to bed.

Saturdays and Sundays: 

My Saturdays and Sundays are quite the same: I wake up at about 10.30 a.m. to have breakfast, at 11 a.m. I do my homework, and at 1 p.m. I have lunch. At about 4 p.m. I start my homework again, and at 8 p.m. I have dinner and I always go to bed around 11:30.

During the week I am up early because of school, I wake up at 6:30 and I get dressed. I have breakfast and after that I wash my face and brush my teeth, at 7:15 I get ready for school and I leave home. I arrive at school at 7:55. At 2:00 I leave school and I go back home. I have pasta and I drink water for lunch, then I do my homework and I play video games for 1 hour. At 5:30 I have soccer training, at 6:30 I go back home. At 7:00 I finish my homework and I can relax by playing video games again or watching tv. At 8:00 I have dinner with meat as usual. At 10:00 I have a shower and after that I go to bed. The only thing that has really changed lately is that before the pandemic I had more free time and I went with my friends to play football in the field near my house. Now I tend to stay at home and I have less free time also because I am now at secondary school.

In the morning

I wake up at 7:25 or 7:30, it depends on the day.

At 7:26 I dress myself, with the clothes I find.

At 7:30 I have breakfast: some fruit and milk or tea.

After that I brush my teeth, it usually takes 3 minutes.

At 7:56 I go to school, it takes 3 minutes to get to school.

In the afternoon

At 2:04pm I arrive home after school.

At 2:10 I start having lunch, which my mom prepares for me.

At 2:40 I finish eating.

After that I do my homework for the following day until 5:00.

At 5:10 I do sports for about half an hour .

In the evening

At 7:00 I eat, usually some biscuits with water or milk, otherwise proteins with something.

At 10:00 I go to bed, and my daily routine finishes.

During the pandemic my daily routine hasn’t changed a lot, but putting on the mask and sanitizing my hands is very stressful.

ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS I STAY AT HOME, DO MY HOMEWORK AND PLAY VIDEOGAMES WITH MY FRIENDS.

This is my daily routine. I wake up at 7 o’clock, I have breakfast with milk and biscuits or cereal.

I go to the bathroom and I brush my teeth and wash my face, I dress up, I prepare my bag and I go to school. School starts at 8.00 a.m. and finishes at 2 p.m. At quarter past two, I always have lunch with pasta and rarely with fish or meat. I relax not much and then at three o’clock p.m. I do my homework. On Wednesdays and Fridays I go to tennis lessons from 6 p.m. to half past 7 p.m. But all the other days I study in the afternoon. At half past 7 p.m. (when I haven't got tennis) I have a  shower, but on tennis days I have a shower at 8 p.m.

I always have dinner at half past 8 p.m. and in the evening I watch a film with my family. At quarter to 10 p.m. I go to bed. My daily routine hasn’t changed from the pre-pandemic period.

From Monday to Friday my routine is almost always the same: I get up at seven o’clock, I get dressed, and at twenty five past seven I have breakfast. I brush my teeth, and I leave the house to go to school. I meet Sofia S. and Sofia B., two of my classmates, at quarter to eight and we walk to school. School starts at eight o’clock and finishes at two pm. At quarter past two I get home and I have lunch, and at three I start doing my homework. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays  I go to volleyball at half past five. The training lasts one hour and a half. I usually have dinner with my family at half past eight and at ten o’clock I go to bed. On Saturdays and Sundays my routine is different. I usually wake up at half past nine and in the morning I do my homework. I have lunch at half past one pm. In the afternoon I often hang out with friends. The thing that I most like about Saturdays is that for dinner my family and I have pizza and we eat it while watching a movie. On those days I go to bed at eleven o’clock.

At school I spend 6 hours of my day, then I come home at 2:30 p.m., and after lunch I brush my teeth.

At 3:45 p.m. I start my homework, then I have football practice from 6 to 8 o’clock p.m.

I usually start to have dinner between 8:45 and 9:15 p.m. Then I brush my teeth and I go to bed at 10:30 p.m..

The only difference between my routine before and after the pandemic is my football practice. I have it on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

On Mondays and Thursdays, I have rugby lessons from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. At eight o’clock I have dinner, then I watch TV ,and at half past nine I go to bed. My routine never changed during the pandemic.

On the weekend I wake up at half past eight, and I have breakfast at nine o’clock. I do my homework from 10 to 11. I have lunch at 1 p.m. I watch a film and then I go to the park or I play videogames with my friends. At six p.m. I have a shower and then I do some gardening. At half past seven I have dinner and then I watch TV. I go to bed at half past ten.

I usually wake up around 7:20 in the morning, after that I start eating breakfast. Once I'm done, I brush my teeth and I am ready for school. After school I arrive home at 2:05 and have lunch with my brother or on my own. After lunch I start my homework. Once I nish my homework I usually go to football practice. When I arrive home from practice I have dinner with my family and usually we then watch a lm all together.

My daily routine didn't really change with the arrival of covid-19.

My daily routine is very common. I wake up at 7:15,  I get dressed and then I have breakfast with cookies and milk. At 7:40 I go to school by car. I stay at school for six hours.

At 2:00 p.m. I go home and then I have lunch.

At 3:00 p.m. I start studying and I finish my homework at 6:30 p.m. On Tuesday and Thursday, I go to basketball training, on the other days  I sometimes play video games or with my dog. At 8:00 p.m. I have dinner and then I brush my teeth and prepare myself to go to bed. At 9:00 p.m. I start reading a book and then I fall asleep. From lockdown my life isn’t very different but I always wear a mask when I go outside and I don’t go to the cinema or to a restaurant.

On Monday, like every day, I go to school and after I do my homework. On Tuesday I go to my grandparents' home after school and I study. On Wednesday afternoon, I stay at home and I go to play tennis and then I study. On Thursday I stay with my mom, my dad and I study. On Friday I go to school like every day and in the afternoon I go to tennis practice. On Saturday I do different things, for example I go to the cinema and play football and on Sunday I study and I spend time with my family.

TUESDAY and FRIDAY: On these days I’m at my dad’s house, but I wake up at my mom's. After school I start homework. After that, on Tuesday, I take time for myself. On Friday I go out with a friend before volleyball practice. My dad comes back home at seven o’clock and on Friday he took me from volleyball. 

MONDAY and THURSDAY: I wake up at 7:30 at mom’s house, I have breakfast. I get dressed and then I go out at 7:45. I arrive at school and then I enter. I stay in my class for six hours, from eight to two. I eat and then I start my homework until 6:15 when I go to volleyball practice. I finish volleyball at 8:30, I eat and I go to my bedroom. 

WEDNESDAY: On Wednesday I stay at school for only five hours. I eat and do my homework very fast because I have to go to an English lesson. I leave at 6:45 p.m. At ten o’clock I go to sleep. 

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: At the weekend I usually see my friends. This happens on Saturday. Sunday is my day off, I do my homework and stay at home. PANDEMIC: Nothing's changed at all. In March 2020 I really didn't do anything, but  now everything is almost the same.

Wednesday: I wake up at 7.00 and then I get dressed, at 7.15 I have breakfast with bread and Nutella, at 7.30 I wash my teeth and brush my hair, then, at 7.45 I leave the house and go with Sofia Bo and Maria to school, at 8.00 I start school.  At 2.00 p.m.  I leave school and go home. I eat pasta or meat. After lunch I get ready  for horse riding and at 3.30 I go horse riding. At 7.00 I go back home. At 20.00 I eat dinner, and at 22.00 I go to bed. 

Saturday: I wake up at 9:30 and I check my phone for a while, then at 10:00 I have breakfast. After breakfast I do my homework, I eat at 1:30pm and then I go horse riding at 2:30pm. At 7:30 I go home and at 8:30 I eat, then I watch TV and at 11:30 I go to bed.

 I get up at 6:45 am. After I get dressed, I have breakfast and I usually eat chocolate biscuits and black tea. Then I brush my teeth and I leave the house to go to school by car or by bus. At 7:45 am I arrive at school, I talk a bit with my friends and at 8 am I start my first lesson. The school finishes at 2 pm. When I arrive at home I eat pasta and at 3 pm I do my homework. After the homework, I play videogames, but on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I go to football training. At 8.30 pm I arrive home and I have dinner. I usually eat meat with vegetables like salad, tomatoes… After that, I prepare my backpack, I go to bed and I read a book. Finally, at 10:30 pm I go to sleep. My routine after the pandemic hasn’t changed much.

I get up at 7:00 a.m. then I eat and I go to school.

After school, at 2:00 p.m. I go back home and I have lunch; I usually eat pasta for lunch.

At half past three I start to do my homework, then I go to practice from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. 

I arrive home at 7 oclock, and I take a shower.

Then I finish my homework.

At 8:00pm I have dinner. I usually eat meat.

Every day  from Monday to Friday I get up at 7,  and I don’t want to go to school. I have breakfast, brush my teeth, get dressed and then go to school. I'm at school for six hours. After school, I go to eat at my grandmother's and then I start doing homework. I have a snack and then I have dinner. At 11 I brush my teeth and then I go to bed.

At the weekend, I wake up comfortably, have breakfast, get dressed and then I start playing Fortnite or Forza Horizon 5 on the Xbox, I do some homework and have lunch.

After lunch, I do my homework and then I rest while checking my phone.

I have dinner, I watch a movie and then I brush my teeth and go to bed.

In the morning, after brushing my face and teeth, I have breakfast and I start a series of refreshing exercises. I do my homework and after a while, I get ready for school. After I finish school, I change and stay in bed, watching the series ”Baby”.

In the morning, I usually get up at 8 o'clock. I brush my teeth at 8.15 and I have breakfast at 8.30. I always do my homework from 10 o'clock to 12 o'clock. In the afternoon, I often do my schoolbag at 12.05. I usually have lunch at 12.15 and I  always go to school at 12.45. I start school at 1 o'clock  and I finish it at 6 o'clock. In the evening, I get home at 6.15 and I have dinner  at 7.30, and then I go to bed at 11.30.

Bogdan Capră (Secondary School ”Ștefan cel Mare” Alexandria, Romania)

My morning starts with me  waking up at 7.30 and going to brush my teeth. After that, I have breakfast with my family. Then I go change and I begin working on my homework and I  learn, and  if I  have  any  time left, I just stay on my phone. It's  time to go  school, so I  dress up  and  go at 1 p.m. At school, I listen to my teachers and take notes. I have a test at French today,  so I repeat and take the test. After school, at 6 p.m., I go home, I have dinner and then I stay in my room. When it's time to sleep, I change in my pyjamas and go to bed.

I  wake up at 7 a.m. and then I play on my phone till 10 a.m. After that, I do my homework and I prepare for school. At 12.30 p.m. I go to school and then I prepare for the lessons. I get home at 6 p.m. or 7 p.m., then I just watch TV and at 00.00 a.m. I go to sleep.

Hi! My name is Maria and this is my routine on a Friday. 

My first class is Music and I have fun listening to music and I make karaoke with my class. In my English lesson, I am careful to understand everything the teacher says. In ICT lesson, I write what is written on the board and I usually eat a fruit. In Romanian lesson, I present my homework and I pay attention to the teacher. In Maths, I do calculations and pay attention to the new lessons.

 My name is Elsa and I am 10 years old.I have a older brother his name is Nicolas and he is 12 years old.I have 2 cousins one older and one younger Sometimes I wake up at 7:00 and sometimes at 7:30.Every  Monday and Wednesday I have English at 17:00.On Tuesdays and Thursdays I have ballet at 18:00.On Friday I have French at 18:00 and I end class at 20:00.On Saturdays and Sundays I wake up every time I want but my brother doesn’t.He has robotics at 10:00 and then he has basketball at 12:00.But on Sundays he only has Basketball at 11:00.
