Meggy was a megamouth shark. Meggy was very lonely because all the other fish were afraid of Meggy because Meggy was a shark.

Meggy tried to chase after the other fish with Meggies strong fins to glide fast through the water, but the other fish would swim above and below Meggy as Meggy tried to catch up.

while Meggy was swimming alone, a yellow flatfish came up behind Meggy.

Hello. said the yellow flatfish. how are you today?

sad.replied Meggy. 

oh no! whats wrong? asked the yellow flatfish.

no one wants to talk to me. said Meggy. All of the other fish are scared of me because I am scary. 

I do not think you are scary. said the yellow flatfish.

Really? asked Meggy.

Yeah! said the yellow flatfish. how about I help the other fish see that you are not scary. Whats your name?

My name is Meggy. Meggy replies.

Nice to meet you Meggy, lets go talk to the other fish.

Hello. said the yellow flatfish. Why are you afraid of Meggy? Meggy is really nice!

Meggies teeth are very sharp! Meggy will eat us whole! says the fishes.

What if we made your teeth smaller? says the yellow flatfish.

Yeah, lets try that! says Meggy excitedly.

Meggy and the yellow flatfish went to a rock to dull down Meggies teeth.

There we go! says Meggy. Now my teeth are shorter!

Alright lets go show the other fish!

As Meggy and the yellow flatfish began to swim back to the other fish, suddenly Meggies small teeth fell out and were replaced by a new row of sharp teeth!

Oh no! what am I going to do now?

Now no one will want to talk to me because I am still scary. cries Meggy. 

But I dont think your scary. says the yellow flatfish.

But everyone else does! cries Meggy.

Why do you want to stop being scary to them?

asks the yellow flatfish.

Because I want to be friends with them! says Meggy.

Why dont you introduce yourself to them first? asks the yellow flatfish. Have you tried that before?

No. I haven't. says Meggy. Maybe I should try that first.

Oh no! Meggy is going to eat us! Cried the fish.

Wait. says the yellow flatfish. Why dont you try to get to know Meggy first? you might like Meggy! 

I promise I won't hurt you. says Meggy.

Meggy and the other fish talked for a while and got to know each other. 

We are sorry that we thought you were scary Meggy. We shouldn't have been so mean.
