Have you heard of Bullying in High School? What do you think, is it dangerous for students? In fact, Bullying is a subcategory of aggressive behavior characterized by hostile intent (intentional harm), an imbalance of power (a real or perceived inequality of power between the bully and the victim), and repetition over a period of time (i.e. occurring more than once, usually several times )

    There are many definitions of bullying, especially those that occur in other contexts such as at home, at work, in society, in the community Internet. But in this case it is limited in the context of school bullying or school bullying bullying at school. Minister of Education ( 2005 ) defines bullying in schools as aggressive behavior that is carried out repeatedly by one or a group of students who have power, against other students who are weaker, with the aim of sick of the person.  Actually, high school bullying have a negative impact because it make someone mentally down, decrased academic achievement, and become a drug user.

    The first reason is high school bullying can make someone mentally down. It has been argued bullying someone who likes to be alone might make that person want to socialize after being bullied, but it is actually wrong. At a young age like high school it's not suitable to be bullied because it can disrupt the child's future. One of the psychologists in Indonesia said that 40% of the patients who consulted were victims of bullying at school. With high-quality children's education programs to prevent bullying cases relationship between children, teachers, and parents, and it also allows them to help them to think that bullying has many negative effects. In short, high school bullying can make someone mentally down.

    The second reason is disorders academic achievement. By being build someone can incrase patience, emotional regulation, and incrase the desire to learn and achieve achievments to fight bullying, but it is actually wrong. All parents want the best for their children, even in terms of achievement, therefore parents will provide the best education. The Education Minister said in 2012 there are at least 5% of students in Indonesia who can not take the exam because they have mental disorders and are afraid to take the exam. In early childhood education, children are taught about three pillars of character, namely: mutual respect, do not underestimate small things, and likes to help friends. By teaching these pillar characters to the children of at an early age, it will help future children to pursue higher education. In short, high school bullying can make decrased academic achievement.
