My Fruit Feast Salad
Materials:
3 Strawberries 2 Bananas 1/4 Pineapple Half a Kiwi
The Process:
We start by washing hands, then we have to wash fruits, cut the strawberries, bananas, pineapple and kiwi, all in the same bowl, mix them and finally decorate the top with some strawberries, here our salad and it's only 199 calories.

FRESH SPINACH SALAD
Ingredients
1 Bunch of fresh spinach
5 Strawberries
1 Orange
Mozzarella cheese balls ( 8 pieces )
I cup of boiled wheat
Half cup of lemon juice
Half cup of olive oil
Half cup of balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon of honey
Directions
Wash the spinach and the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Peel the orange and cut it into small pieces. Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and add the oil- balsamic mixture. Finally add 1 ts of honey and mix it really well.
Enjoy your salad.

SHEPHERD SALAD

Lemon juice (Half a lemon) Some Parsley
Olive oil (1 tablespoon) Salt
First, wash your vegetables well. Chop your onion finely and put it in a bowl. Peel your cucumbers, cut them into cubes and put them in to the bowl as well. Then chop your tomatoes and add them to the mix. Take the seeds off your peppers and put them into the salad. Next, squish half a lemon over the salad, add two tablespoons of olive oil, and salt. Put a pinch of parsley in to your salad. Finally, mix it up finely and serve.

PREPARATION
Salad
First, wash all the fruits and cut them into cubes. Then pour then pour the yoghurt into the bowl. Finally, pour the fruit over the yoghurt.
Sauce
First, grind the nuts. Then put the nuts in a small bowl. After that add honey and mix them. Finally, pour the dressing over the salad.
