What is a wolf?

A wolf is a mammal that has a furry coat. Its babies are called pups. A group of wolves is called a pack. And every single pack has up to 20 wolves.

Wolves generally prefer larger prey such as deer, but will settle for something smaller, such as rabbits.

Like fingerprints, the howl of each wolf is different and unique.

It says reportedly that wolves can smell from a mile away!

The largest breed of wolf is the Mackenzie Valley Wolf. And the shortest breed is the Arabian Wolf.
