There was once a little bear named Osito. He
was very friendly and caring. He also loved
drinking out of juice boxes.

One day, Osito saw the most beautiful bunny
he had ever seen. As he stared at her, time felt
as if it had frozen. For a brief moment, Osito
did not notice anything around him but this
gorgeous bunny.

To his surprise, the cute little bunny was in the
same class as him. Osito tried his best to talk
to her. He tried pulling little silly pranks with
frogs, asking her random questions, and even
offered her chocolate. The cute little bunny
was very shy, so she didn't talk much, but that
didn't stop Osito from trying. After a while of
knowing each other, they began to talk more,
and Osito found out the beautiful bunny's
name was Shony.

was that book?

Valentine's Day came around and Osito took
this opportunity to surprise his beautiful bunny
friend with a rose and some chocolates. He
wasn't sure as to how she would react because
she didn't like chocolate much. She loved the
surprise. Osito was relieved and from then on,
they began to hang out together.

For their first date Osito took Shony to watch a
scary movie. He thought that Shony would be
so scared she would want to hold hands. Osito
couldn't have been more wrong. Shony was
laughing throughout the movie and it was him
who was terrified, shaking in his seat.

One day when shony was feeling sad, Osito
took his guitar to school to try and cheer her
up with a song. Osito wasn't the greatest
singer but he loved making Shony feel special,
even if he was embarrassed singing in front of
anyone.

your face!!

On 4th of July, Osito and Shony decided to
spend the day together. Somehow Osito let
himself be talked into going to a lonely, dark,
scary park at night. At first he was afraid so he
held Shony close. With Shony in his arms, his
fears went away and he had an amazing night.

For Osito's birthday, Shony invited him over to
eat a cake she had gotten for him. Osito
excitedly went and graciously ate his cake. The
cake had to be the sweetest treat ever and
Osito loved every bite.

As time passed by Osito was the happiest he
had ever been, but he didn't realize he
depended on Shony too much for his
happiness. Shony was always super busy yet
she always found time to give to Osito.
Sometimes it wasn't much, but it was all she
could give. Osito always wanted more.

"Love in a Year"
Background: I had started this book as a first year anniversary gift for my girlfriend but as the story suggest we had complications in our relationship and ended up separating. I decided to finish the story and give it to her for Valentine's Day. She loved it and now we're back together and stronger than ever. Writing this book really helped me not only to express to my bunny how much she meant to me but also to look at our relationship from a third person point of view. Thank you Story Jumper for publicizing my book and thank you to all the people who have taken the time to read It.
