The moon glowed softly far above a row of nice houses on a quiet street. Well... an ALMOST quiet street.

From one house in particular, a very nice house with white rose bushes in the front yard, came a very LOUD rumbling and grumbling - like a big airplane. The noise was so loud even the windows rattled!!

Inside that very nice - but not so quiet - house lived six year old Sasha, with his Mummy and Daddy and his big sister, eight year old Everly.

The rumbling and grumbling sound was Sasha's Daddy snoring as he slept beside Sashy's tired Mummy!! Goodness, what a racket!!

Mummy sneakily elbowed Daddy gently to wake him up. Daddy mumbled and opened his eyes. "Huh?" He glanced over at Mummy who pretended to be fast asleep.

He scratched his head, confused, then closed his eyes.

In another part of the house, Sashy was sleeping soundly in his little bed until suddenly, he sat up straight in fright!

He hugged his favorite snuggle toy “Baby Teddy”. He’d had Baby Teddy since he was a newborn baby! and he felt much calmer as he tried to forget the scary nightmare he’d woken up from.

Sashy called out for his Daddy, who came rushing in almost straight away. He sat on Sashy’s bed and gave him a HUGE hug.

“Did you have a bad dream, Hucklebuck?” (Hucklebuck is a special nickname that only Daddy calls Sashy).

Sashy sniffled as Daddy tucked him back under the covers.

"Dad-dah, there was a ray blaster turning people into zombies! Some people that were infected still looked human. Everly pretended to be a Zombie so she’d be safe!”

Daddy kissed Sashy on the forehead then pointed to the round object with long blue and white ribbons that hung above his bed.

“Remember, your Dream Catcher will help catch those bad dreams and shoo away new ones.”

Daddy stayed beside Sashy until he fell back asleep and this time, Sashy only had nice dreams!

That morning, while Mummy and Daddy cooked breakfast, Sashy and Everly used a video chat on the computer to say a quick good morning to their grandpa "Pa" and Janna who lived far away on the farm at Blueberry Fields.

Sashy started chatting straight away with Pa about the stars and planets and solar system, like they always do!

Then Pa and Janna made silly faces and that made both Sashy and Everly laugh.

Breakfast time!!! Mummy and Daddy had cooked two big plates of pancakes. They even had ice-cream and a little bit of bacon.

There was even a special chocolate chip one for Sashy. You should know, Sashy is a chocolate monster - he just LOVES chocolate.

As the family started eating breakfast Sashy smacked his lips. “YUM!” Sashy LOVES pancakes. And did I mention chocolate?!

Sashy's big sister dipped a piece of bacon in her maple syrup and ice-cream which she thought was delicious. Sashy thought it was gross!

That morning, Daddy dropped Sashy and Everly off at school.

Sashy had a great day at school. Mrs D, Sashy's teacher, always made class fun. Mrs Dee asked everyone to write down what they wanted to be when they grew up.

Can you guess what Sashy's note said he wants to be? Maybe a Zoo Keeper? A Magician? A Doctor? A Dancer? A Bus Driver?

NOPE!

Sashy wants to be either an Astronaut or a Policeman!

At lunchtime Sashy played with his favorite friends: Benji, Nixon, Slater, Judd and Kaiden.

They had a great time, telling jokes, laughing and playing with wooden blocks.

How many wooden blocks can you count in the picture?

Are you sure you found them all?

Boy were Sashy and Everly happy when the school bell finally rang for home time. It had been a loooooooong day.

Sasha and Everly were very happy when their Uncle RoRo and Aunty DonDon picked them up from school as a surprise. Uncle RoRo is American and a big goofball. He even dyed his beard different colors once for Easter!

After their uncle and aunty dropped them off home, Mummy made Sashy and Ev both a yummy snack as they got out paper and pencils and sat at the table.

Everly and Sashy had a blast drawing and coloring together.

How many colors can you count in Uncle RoRo's crazy beard?

Later, Sashy hung his picture up in his room, next to a few older drawings he had done.

There was one big picture of a T-Rex dinosaur that Sashy had drawn when he was only four years old! He named it Nanacoo.

Can you ROAR like Nanacoo the dinosaur??

Next to Nanacoo, there was a a drawing of a satellite that Sashy created. He drew it when he was very little and named it “Ekeray” .

Sashy’s favorite planet is Jupiter and every day he enjoys looking on the computer for an astronomy picture of the day!

In case you can’t tell, Sasha LOVES everything about space!!! Or as Sashy would correct people, “Astronomy”!

Sashy knows lots of facts about space. Whoops, astronomy!

Can you find Ekeray?

On the middle of the wall was an extra special drawing of a spaceship called Cordrick Cordrick 5.

Sasha had drawn a few years ago when he was only three years old.
