Ceren - I'm grateful that i get to experience new things and discover a new country, but I am a bit tired because I didn’t get enough sleep. 

Defne- I'm happy to be here, to meet new people, but I am a little bit exhausted because of travelling, thus my energy level is low.

Robert- Although I am a bit tired because of travelling, my energy and my pleasantness level is high because I’m glad that I have the opportunity to be here, meet new people and reconnect with old friends.

Anamari: My energy level is kind of low because I lack sleep, and my pleasantness level is high because I’m comfortable with my teammates.

Admiria: My energy is very high because I got lots of rest and my pleasantness level is also very high because I’m enjoying my trip and I feel comfortable with my group.

Hana: I got enough sleep so my energy level is normal, my pleasantness level is high because I like hanging out with new people and I enjoy spending time with my teammates.

The six of us made a presentation which we showed to our teachers and class. Unfortunately they didn't like it. We received a lot of negative feedback and the relations in our team fell apart. 

After we gathered at our desk we shouted at each other and didn't listen to what we had to say. Ceren felt overwhelmed and tried to calm everyone down, Robert and Defne were arguing because they both thought they were right. Hana was furious because everyone was talking over themselves and she couldn't speak her mind. Anamari just sat in silence and didn't talk to anyone. Admiria cried and sat in the corner during the whole fight.

Everyone left the room. Hana went to the seaside and sat by the sea. Ceren talked to her friend over the phone. Defne went for a walk and Robert listened to music. Anamari was very disappointed and she went home. Admiria was by herself outside because she didn't want to talk to anyone.

Everyone goes their separate ways and engage into positive self talk.

Robert:

I know that I can do better. I wasn't right to shout at Defne for some parts of the presentation because negative feedback is not the end of the world. There are much worse things that can happen to us, so we shouldn't take it so seriously.

Ceren:

I would process my feelings and acccept that we all can make mistakes and stop blaming myself and the others. I should try to fix the points that the teachers told us we did wrong.

Defne:

Everybody might have a different opinion we just have to try to understand each other. I should go and apologise to my friends for being furious.
