The next door garden,
Belongs to Mr. Fay.
He is always angry,
And has nothing to say.
His wonderful garden
bushed with trees of neem.
He looks nice to the plants,
But that's not how it seems.
He's always grumpy,
He never bothered to talk.
Every 6 in the morning,
He would take a suspicious walk.
Although he appears in people's sight,
He is not always very bright.
If kids go near,
He growled so loud.
That children never went,
Due to the volume of his sound.
He waters the plants everyday,
He is always angry.
Why Mr. Fay?
Perhaps he never had a family before,
Maybe explains why he's so sore.
He rocks in his old rocking chair
He brushes his grey hair, very fair
Back to the garden,
lied bushes of roses, very red.
On the other side,
there lied weeds that were dead.
Please Mr. Fay!
Please do say!
How did you keep your garden,
Alive to this day?
Poor children, looking through the gate.
Not TOUCHING that garden,
could be a very big fate.
Mr. Fay had a tough life.
Mr. Fay never had a wife!
Nobody knew,
Until this day.
Where he finally bothered to say.
Mr. Fay slowly started to talk..
And he met friends
when he went for his walk.
Now he's a very happy guy!
He cannot go away,
without saying hi.
Why did he behave like this?
It was a very strange action of his.
