Today is a fantastic day because today Grandma calls, and Jovan gets to tell her all about the exciting things he does each day!

Is that the phone? Could that be grandma? Jovan runs to answer the phone!

Jovan answers the phone with much excitement and asks, "Hello, Grandma! Is that you? You wouldn't believe ALL the things I have done today!" 

Grandma is always happy to hear about Jovan's day. She gives a little giggle and asks for him to tell her all about his adventures.

Jovan took a deep breath and began his tale. " Today, I ate THREE big pancakes for breakfast! I ate more than mommy and daddy! Mommy says it's because I am growing."

Jovan is proud and tells grandma, " I am EATERIFIC!!!!"

"Wow," says Grandma, "I haven't heard that word before." 

Quickly explaining the fancy word he made up all on his own, Jovan tells grandma, "It means I am a terrific eater, Grandma!" 

"But that's not all, Grandma! I went to the park and played hide and seek with a squirrel! I counted to ten like this, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10!

We had to leave before I could catch him, but mommy says we will come back soon, maybe even tomorrow!"
