It was a sunny day outside and a little boy named Alan was leaving the house to go play with his friends! He was very happy to finally see his friends after a long time!

He ran over to the park that was close to his house. It took 10 minutes! His two friends were there waiting for him. The one in the middle was Jack and the one on the right was Bill. Jack's family is Buddhist and Bill's family is Christian.

Oh no! Jack and Alan started arguing about the best cookie flavor and Alan got mad! He kicked Jack!

Alan feels very bad! He saw that Jack has a scrape on his elbow and his clothes were all dirty. All because of Alan! Alan quickly says sorry and asks Jack why he did not hit him back. 

Jack says his parents told him to never hit someone because it is not a nice thing to do. (Thompson) Alan thinks about it for a little bit and thanks Jack for telling him about it.

Alan starts going home after playing with his friends. He walks past a bakery and gets very hungry. He did not bring money with him! But he is super hungry!

Alan sees a cake on the bakery counter and because he is so hungry he steals the cake! He ran with the cake back home!

Alan runs into the house and brings the cake to his room. He close the door and was very happy that he got the cake. Now he was very hungry and wanted to eat the cake right now.

Soon, his fingers and mouth was covered in cake! Crumbs was all over the carpet and his shirt. He finished the whole cake! His stomach started to hurt.

Alan saw his friend Bill saw sorry to God after doing something bad so he tried it too. Alan said sorry to God and that he will not do it again. (Staal)

After saying sorry to God, Alan felt much better! (Hilario) He did not feel as sad anymore and made a promise that he will not do anything bad again!

Alan got bored inside his room and wanted to go back outside. It was still sunny and Alan was running in a circle in front of his house!
