Once Upon a time, Odin (King of the Gods) and 

Jord (Mother Earth) gave birth to a baby boy 

named Thor

Growing up, Thor noticed that he was much 

different than other boys. He had super 

strength and a magical hammer named 

Mjollnir.

So finally the day came when Odin had to give 

his boy THE TALK. Not the one about the birds 

and bees, the one about Thor being a God.

Odin told Thor that "With great power comes 

great responsibility" and that he was to 

become the defender of mankind. 

Thor took his fathers challenge and began to 

defend mankind. Thor and his hammer took on 

numerous battles against other gods, serpents, 

and other mythological creatures.

As all great hero's must, Thor has to face an 

abyss. The abyss is when Thor loses his 

hammer. His first words were “Loki, listen to 

me! I have suffered a loss beyond perception. 

I have lost my hammer”.
