Ethical Responsibilities to Children and Families
* We will not discriminate against race, gender, culture, religion, developmental level, ethnicity and family style.
* We will respect each child as an individual.
* Each child is unique.
* We advocate for children with special needs.
* Teachers work close with families to help with the transition from home to school.
* We care for every child.
* We have a positive approach to encourage growth.
* Teachers develop a relationship that fosters partnership with parents to ensure success among the children.

A-Responsibilities to Co-workers
* Have a relationship that is based on trust, respect. Respect each others confidentiality.
* Share resources with each other and work together to ensure that the best care is provided throughout the program.
* Support your co-workers in every way possible.
* Recognize co-workers for their personal achievements

B-Responsibilities to employers
* Follow all program policies. When is disagreement follow protocol to come an agreement.
* We shall speak or act on the behalf of the organization. We should not go and tell things that will destroy the organizations name.
* Do not violate laws or regulations that are to help children. Take appropriate action when you see laws have been broken.
* When we have concerns about colleagues behavior you can address their actions to them, but if their behavior puts a child at risk you can also talk with them. If nothing changes you should report the colleague.
* Any concerns that we may have any concerns that may effect the care the care and education that is given, address them with the program administrator.

Ethical Responsibilities to Community and Society
* Be honest about the services that are provided.
* We should offers services that we are qualified in. Do not offer anything that you are not able or qualified to do.
* Carefully check references and qualifications to ensure who you hire is capable for the position.
* Make sure we are accurate on reporting the knowledge of the program.
*We should be knowledgeable of the assessments that are given and how to interpret to parents the results.
* We shall be familiar with the laws and regulation. Make sure that they are also being followed as well.
* When we are aware of a situation that endangers the health and safety of the children. We have the right to inform parents.
* Do not participate in practices that may violate the law, even if it is protecting our children.
* If you have evidence that a law is being violated, we need to report it to appropriate authorities.
* When the program violates or an employee violate the program after reviewing the evidence, the identity of the program will be disclosed.
* When policies are not benefiting the child, we have the responsibility to change the policies.
* When child protective serves fail to provide services, it is our responsibility to make an ethical decision to improve services.
