It was a beautiful night in the Mushroom Kingdom.

Everyone was celebrating a special day. It is the Star Festival Day, and everyone was excited for midnight to come. 

 On that very same night, Princess Peach invited Mario to join the celebration. Mario accepted it, but he hopes Bowser wouldn't show up and kidnap Peach like last year. 

''The brightest-a-star shining-a-brightly to my eyes means I'm-a-near the Mushroom-a-Kingdom.'' Mario said as he kept running to the kingdom. 

 The brightest star, called the Shining Star was the most dazzling star in the whole universe! This star is surrounded by 4 other stars with the same glow as the Shining Star. But since these stars are tinier than the Shining Star, the Shining Star was voted to be the most scintillating star for centuries. 

 At last, midnight has come. All the Toads gathered around on Toad Town. Mario was there, and he asked himself, ''Where's-a-Peach? Every year, the princess should show up right after the Toads did.''

 As the gate opened, Princess Peach looked sophisticated in her beautiful gown.  

The Toads cheered as the Princess showed up.

''Hi, Mario!'' Peach said. ''Love my new gown?''

 ''Yes,'' said Mario. ''I wish I had mine.''

 ''Mario,'' Peach said, ''we made yours!''

''Wow!'' Mario said as he spins so swiftly, he had his starry overalls on.
