To Mom and Dad.

Once upon a time, there was a Princess named Princess Everly. Princess Everly lived in pretty pink castle and wore a white dress and golden crown. Princess Everly had servants and candy rooms, hang out rooms, animal rooms, and her bedroom. But what she loved more than anything was singing. She sang her heart out in her room, in the shower, but especially the garden.

There was also a poor girl who lived in Princess Everly's kingdom. Her name was May. May's father died when she was 5, and her mother died a year ago. May lived in a poor house. She only had one outfit and didn't own any crowns or had tons of rooms in her house and she certainly couldn't sing. Every night when May went to bed she hoped things would be better but they never were.

One day, Princess Everly decided to explore the village. That same day May went out, and with the little money she had, and bought some food. May wasn't looking where she was going, and bumped into Princess Everly. "Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry!" May said. "It's okay." Princess Everly told May. "You look just like me!" May said. "You're right! I have an idea!" Princess Everly replied. "What?" May asked. "I've always wanted to be a normal person, do you want to be a princess?" Princess Everly told her. "Yes! Oh, we could swap lives!" May told her.

"Exactly! Here, hand me your food!" Princess Everly said. May handed Princess Everly her food. "Hand me your crown!" May asked. Princess Everly gave May her crown. The girls told each other everything about themselves. "Good luck, your highness!" Princess Everly told May. May started walking toward the castle and Princess Everly starting walking to May's house.

Soon, May got to the castle. "Hey, little sis!" Prince Andy said. "Hello, your majesty!" May replied. "Your majesty?" Prince Andy asked. "Uhhh,I mean, Hi Andy!" May told him. "Did you buy a new dress?" Prince Andy asked May. "Yeah. At the taylor." May responded. "Well, mom and dad want to talk to you." Prince Andy explained.

"Everly, darling, there you are! Are you hurt?" Queen Margaret asked May. "She's fine, dear. So, how was your day in the town?" King Nicholas asked. "It was great! Oh, I can't believe it's you!" May told them. She hugged the king and queen.
