Sally was in school one day and playing outside with her friends.
When it was time to eat lunch, Sally felt so hungry she just couldnt wait in line to wash her hands.

She ate all of her food and even licked her hands clean from the cake her mom had packed her.

A few days later, Sally began to sneeze and cough!
Sally was not feeling good.

Sally told her mom that she was not feeling very well and Sally's mom took her temperature.
Sally had a fever!

Sally's mom took her to the doctor.
The doctor checked her eyes.
And her ears
And her mouth.
"You have the flu!" the doctor declared.

"Have you been washing your hands Sally?" the doctor asked.
Sally looked at the ground and shook her head "no"
" Germs are not for sharing Sally, and there are some ways to prevent you from getting sick again." he said.
Let me share them with you...
Always wash your hands after playing in or outside, especially before eating.
