Gandhi was reading a book and talking to a worker on the train when two men came up to him accusing him about how he isn't in the right area. Gandhi shows them his ticket but still isn't believed that he is the one that owns it. Because the men didn't believed that there are any people of color who are attorneys they threw him off of the train.

Gandhi went to India to speak to the people to stand with him to take their country back. He wants them to fight back without any violence. To accomplish this he asked them to burn the passes of the committee and their supporters. Before the Indians get a chance the police/guards block them and threaten them with jail. Gandhi then burns the rest of the passes and is beat during the process.

India is currently in a state of poverty, which is the result of being taken over by the British. There is a lot of dry land and many cattle roaming around. There are many people working outside doing different jobs.

Because Indians keeping using violence Gandhi starts fasting hoping to make them stop, and if they do he will continue to eat again. Shortly after this Gandhi makes a public speech with many Indians there. The British wanted to put a stop to this so they started shooting at them. There were 1,515 casualties and 1,650 bullets, they had no sympathy and claimed that they wanted to send out a message. Gandhi just wanted Hindu-Muslim unity.

The Indians were having a peaceful non-violent protest (like Gandhi wanted) when the police men started to attack a couple of Indians and were beating them. This made the rest of the protesters upset causing them to chase the police men into a building and set it on fire. The fire forced the police men to come out of the building resulting in them being killed by the Indians, one man even had his head chopped off.
