Hello there friends! I need your help.  I lost my reindeer and I need to find them or I won't be able to deliver toys this evening!  I have eight reindeer altogether, can you help me find them? I knew I could count on you.

What was that?  You said you saw one behind that pine tree? Let's go have a look.

"Dasher, what are you doing clear out here! We need to get ready to deliver toys!" said Santa. "I'm sorry, Santa.  I got really hungry and these twigs smelled so good" said Dasher.

"Well, we need to get you back to the sleigh.  I will have one of the elves get you something to eat then" said Santa. 

"If I have eight reindeer that ran away and you found one, how many reindeer are still missing?" 8-1= ?

"Yes! 8-1=7 What was that? You said there is a reindeer on the roof and behind that house? Let's go take a look." 

"Dancer and Prancer, what are you doing all the way out here?" asked Santa. "We smelled the cookies that this elf was making and we wanted some" said the reindeer. 

"Well, we need to get you back to the sleigh. I'm sure you got your fair share of Christmas cookies." 

"If I had 7 reindeer missing and we found 2,  how many reindeer are still missing?"

7-2=?

"Yes! 7-2=5 I still have five reindeer missing. What was that? You said you saw some reindeer over by that bolder? Let's go check it out."
