Liam is always happy and smiling. He is seldom sad or angry. 

At four years old Liam is trying to understand why his siblings always seem to fight. 

Liam does not like that his siblings fight and argue over things he cannot understand at his age.

Liam wishes his siblings would not fight, as he tries to figure out why they cannot get along like a typical family.

I am Liam and this is my home.

Liam has one older brother and three older sisters.

They argue a lot over the smallest of things. 

Liam recalls his siblings once arguing over the tv while he was watching it.

But Liam did not bicker over the tv.

I want to watch this one!

You always pick!

¨I want to watch this show,¨ one of his sisters said.

¨Well, you always pick. I want to pick this time,¨ their bother said. 

As they continue bickering over the tv, Liam goes and finds mommy to tell her about them. 

Liam finds his mommy on the potty and tells her what is happening.

¨Mommy! My sister and brother are fighting over the tv again while I was watching it.¨

His mommy replies in a sweet voice, saying, ¨I will go talk to them when I am done. Go play while I finish going to the bathroom, please.¨

Mommy! My sister and Brother are arguing again. 

I will talk to them when I am done. Now go and play.

I am playing with these cars and legos.

So, Liam goes and plays elsewhere without a fuss because he does not want to listen to their dispute over the tv.

¨My mommy will take care of it,¨ he thought because she always does. And took care of it she did. The tv was turned off and the siblings were sent to their rooms.

To Liam, his mom was the best in the world because she makes everything better without fighting.

Yet, his siblings still fought. He could not figure out why.

Liam was playing outside with his brother in the sandbox and his brother threw sand at him.

Liam got very upset because it got into his eyes. Liam did not want to make a fuss and went to talk to mommy.

Liam's mommy gently washed out his eyes. Then went to talk with his brother about how to be nice. She said to be more careful and not to throw sand! She was upset with him for sure.

I do not like all the fighting.

I am going to go and hide.
