What does it mean to admire someone?

It means to feel respect and approval for someone or something.

I admire my mom because she is Kind, and Smart, and very hardworking.
My mom shows kindness when she cooks for me, drives me to places I need to go, and asks me about my life and what I am doing. My mom is smart because she works in the medical field and knows all about Asthma. My mom is hardworking because she balanced four kids and a full-time job.

I admire my dad because he is brave, loving, and honest.
My dad is brave because he is fighting cancer and does it with a smile on his face and no fear. My dad is loving because he always is looking out for me and hanging out with me. My dad is honest because he always gives the best advice, and looks out for my best interest.

I admire my friend Rylie because she is funny, caring, and a great roommate.
Rylie is funny because she never fails to make me laugh and lift my spirit. Rylie is caring because she always looks out for me and gives good advice. Rylie is the best roommate because she is clean, and respectful.

I love the people I admire and hope they admire me too. The end.
