This book is telling you what to do and what not to do. 

            Do Not Bully:

Do not bully because it is very unkind and mean. Bullying is the worst thing to do.  If someone is bullying you or your friend be an upstander.  An upstander is someone who stands up for someone.  Do not be a bystander because a bystander does not stand up for anybody.

Be kind to others and yourself becuse it is being respectful. Be respectful to others and listen to others.  If someone falls down help them up,if someone needs help with their work at school help them, and if someone is sad cheer them up by giving them a hug or just say something nice.

                 Be kind:

          Do not be mean:

Do not be mean because you could hurt people's feelings. Being mean could be physically hurting someone or mentally hurting someone it could also be bullying.  Please do not be mean because it is very unkind.

                Be helpful:

You can be helpful by simply helping someone with there homework,helping a teacher deliver something,or just by helping someone up if they fall down.  You can be helpful by all of those things.
