The Advent movement began in the late 1830s, and 40s when people began to tell the truth that Jesus is coming again. People listened to the message and began to read their Bibles.

Battle creek college was founded in 1874 in Battle Creek Michigan. It was named after a man named John Andrews.




C is for
Charles Fitch








Charles Fitch was was born in 1805. He was an American preacher in the early 19th century who began his work in the Advent Movement. He was associated with another preacher named Charles Finney.


D is for
Daniel Toussaint




















Daniel Toussaint was born in the year 1835. H was raised in the Baptist Church and later became a Seventh-Day Adventist in 1856. He spent most of his time preaching to people in France, Europe, and Canada about the last-day message
















E is for









ELLEN G WHITE










Ellen G White was born on November 26th 1827. She had many visions and married a man named James White. She was sent by God to many places to tell people about Jesus' soon coming and wrote many books to show us how to be ready.
F is for

Francis Forga
Francis Forga was born in the town of Arequipa in Peru to a Catholic father and mother. When he became a Seventh Day Adventist, he was used by God to translate Ellen White's books to Spanish

G IS FOR
GENERAL CONFERENCE


The first General Conference session was held in Battle Creek Michigan in the year 1863 . As membership grew the time grew longer and more people attended
