Once there was a curious boy named Cole. He loves vikings, pirates and history. One day before school  Cole went to the library and he started walking around the history section. He found a book and the title was “THE TREASURE HUNT”. When he opened the book out fell a treasure map. Cole quickly picked up the map.A few minutes later the bell rang which meant it was time to move to the next class. Cole checked out the book, folded the map and put it in his pocket.

On the way home from school, he called his friends Rose and Lily. He told them what happened and Rose suggested going on a treasure hunt. They all agreed. They went to tell their moms that they signed up for sleepaway camp and they wouldn’t be back until Monday. Somehow it worked, so the next day they all took the bus to the beach.

When they arrived at the beach, Cole, Rose and Lily bought boat tickets with the money they brought with them. Then, halfway through the cruise, the map told them the treasure was close. They decided to jump in the water and there they found a sunken pirate ship.
