Findings for experiment
In this lab experiment I was able to
identity two different kinds of finger prints.
The first set of finger prints belong to my
partner. After carefully reviewing the
fingerprints I noticed that she had mostly
arches with loops. The last two fingerprints
were my own and I noticed that I have
plain arches in my finger prints.

Predictions

The sandy soil at 15 ml of water only
dropped 3 drops of water. The sandy soil at
50 ml of water dropped 15 ml of water
within 30 seconds. As for the Potting soil
after 40 ml of water slowly dropped 3 drops
of water. At 50 ml of water only 5ml of
water was dropped in the beaker. Lastly our
hypothesis was correct we made a
prediction that the potting soil would hold
more water than the sandy soil. We
concluded this because potting soil is made
to maintain moister in water. The only thing
we would change is that we would measure
the same amount of soil before conducting
the experiment.

Lastly I believe that all three labs are
correlated together because all three labs
require students to conduct experiments
that require students to make observations
and to predict a hypothesis. All three
experiments require data collecting and
analyzing as a result students are
conducting an investigation on all the data
that is collected from all three labs. All
three labs also have variables in the
experiment that can be controlled or
manipulated.
