Honey was found alone in the forest. While Zoe was walking on the trail, she found her and brought her home. Right before she could put her inside, Honey ran into the forest, again. Honey ran, ran, and ran as far as she could.  Oh no, Honey became stuck in quicksand. Then a brave animal came and saved her. Honey said, "Who are you?" "I am Winter", said the animal. "You don’t look like a dog," said Honey. "I am a  wolf," said Winter. Honey gasped.

"Why have you come here," said Winter. Honey replied, "I just escaped a human, are you going to eat me?" "Your too skinny and I don’t eat skinny bones," said Winter. Honey looked intently, "Can you help me find my family?" Winter replied, "Sure, ok let's go!" There was a river nearby. Honey ran too close and fell in. Winter came to rescue her. Honey was so thankful that Winter risked her life to save her new friend.

As the two new friends travelled, night began to fall and it became very cold.  They decided to stop and sleep near trees. The next morning Honey woke up to find Winter gone.  Where did winter go?  Honey thought. Then Winter came out of the tree line with food and water. "So where does your family live?" Winter asked.  Honey replied, "Silver Village."  "I know where Silver Village is. It’s in the mountainside!" Winter Shouted.  They both smiled and began their journey.
