" AINT NO WAY WE       CLIMIBING THAT"

We walked about 11 miles.

Everyone was completely out of energy.

Not just me this time.

We got to the mountain.

It was 1000m tall ( abt. 3000ft I think ).

- Aint no way we climbing that. - said Luka.

- We have to. - said John.

- Can we at least stay the night here? I mean, look how dark it is! - I said.

- Of course we are! But we are in the Dark Elve's territory, it's possible some one will fly down and find us.

- They walk 3000 feet everyday?! - I shouted.

- Shh!

- I don't they'll hear us from here. - said Luka.

- Yeah, but some one can be lurking around here. Even though it is night and they should be in the Kingdom. - said John. - And they don't WALK all those kilometers,

they FLY. I already told you, they have dragons!

- Well, lets settle down over there. - I said pointing under a huge tree.

    We went there. I almost imidietly fell asleep,

but Luka had a question which I was too scared to ask.

- So are there different types of elves? - He asked.- Since these are dark elves.

- Well, yeah. That's a very good question. - Old man John replied. - Elves in general are very powerful.

The most powerfull kingdom is the Kingdom of DARK ELVES, the second mst powerfull is the Kingdom of winged lions. But they aren't elves, obvoiusly. The third most powerfull is the Kingdom of Summer elves.

The fourt, Sky Elves and the fifth, The winter Elves.

Each of these elves have their own power.

Dark Elves - controling dragons, immunity to fire.

Summer Elves - flying, growing plants. - They're good, but they aren't really fond of little creatures, either.

As they think of us as misfits, but they try to hide it.

Sky Elves - agility, jumping up to 10 meters ( 32ft? ), gliding

Winter Elves - immunity to cold weather, snow powers and that's literally it.

I was already asleep.

" THE HARDEST PART "

We woke at around... 6 am? I think so, John broke his watch while we were being chased by vampire squirlles. Poor guy.

Or poor us. I really didn't have the will to climb the mountain. Even Luka didn't, but he was still pretty confident. And John? He's 50! How's he gonna do it?

I suddenly thought about Elizabeth. The village. I bet they're worried. If they're alive, that is.

- This is the hardest part of our journey. - said John.

- Gotta agree with that. - I said.

We went ahead of us. There was nothing else left to do.

It was our only possibility.

- Ooorr. - said Luka. - We steal and tame a dragon so it can fly us to the top!

- There's no way we could do that without drawing attention to ourselves. - I said.

- I'd risk it.

The mountain wasn't really a moutain.

It wasn't rocky, not at all.

It wasn't steep.

It even had a path.

Like a tourist point, but 3,000ft tall.

So , it was like hiking or simple walking, but I didn't have the energy. Not even for that. It's still a mountain, after all.

The mountain was simple and dark. There was grass, but it wasn't green. It was silver, black, red and gold.

Motly black, though. So I wouldn't call it grass. It didn't even smell like grass ( I didn't smell it, the scent was just really strong! ). It smelt like ashes and coal.

I know it's wierd, but I actually like the smell of ashes and burnt stuff in general.

Yeah, I'm a strange person :/. Everyone would agree.

- Aren't they gonna see us? Three figures walkig up the mountain. - asked Luka.

- I don't think so.- said John.

I climbed a mountain this tall many times.

But I was young :/

I clmibed my first mountain when I was 5, with my parents. Then I climbed mountains every year in middle and high school with all my friends.

I had a lot of friends back in Oh Klahoma ( That's where I was raised and born, although I'm finnish! ), but we went seperate ways.

Half way through, it's not that bad.

Well, my legs were KILLING me.

But I was still walking.

I wasn't tired, I was in pain.

-The Kingdom is turned with its back to us so nobody should be able to see us. - I thought. - We're sneaking up from behind.

Four whole hours past. We finally reached the top.

I honestly didn't think we'd make it this far.

The mountain wasn't even that tall.

In fact, it was SMALL.

But if someone just unexpectedly told you you have ti climb a mountain to some evil dark elves place, you wouldnt do it, would you?

... Well maybe you would but I know I wouldn't.

- So now what? - I asked.

John took out a map from his backpack.

- The kidnapped little creatures are most likely in the palace. - He whisered. - Unfortunetly, that's where the most danger is. 

- How do we get in? - Asked Luka trying his best to stay quiet.

- Back entrance - there's a secret code we need to crack to make the door open.

- So they don't have phones, television or fire extinguishers but they have smart homes? - said Luka.

- A PALACE IS NOT A SMART HOME. - I said.

- The door is based off a safe. And safes are from the 19th century, while fire extinguishers are from the 20th. - said John.

- Oh.

- We go through that door, go to floor -2, which is the lowest floor and that's where the prisoners should be. We get them and go ALL the way back. - said John.

We wnt up to the entrance.

- Soooo, how do we crack the code? - asked Luka.

- I broke in here in the last battle between elves and little creatures. I hope they didn't change the code.
